Refund Guard Preview uses owner-only approval and three protected refunds per month. Paid Refund Guard removes that configured monthly request cap and allows up to three refund approvers. Store Guard and Control Guard add the action families listed in the product catalog.
Pricing questions
How does annual billing work?
Annual pricing charges the equivalent of ten monthly payments for a twelve-month term. The annual total is the billed amount; the monthly equivalent is shown only for comparison.
What happens when mobile-alert credits run out?
SMS and WhatsApp pause when the monthly cap is reached unless an approved overage allowance is configured. Other configured channels can continue, and the cap resets with the next usage period.
Can I change plans during the private beta?
Plan changes preserve request and activity history. A downgrade can disable capabilities or bindings outside the new plan; in-flight requests and held fulfillments remain in their current execution state for manual resolution.
Does approval guarantee Shopify execution?
No. Shopify must accept the operation and the app must have valid permissions and supported data. A failed execution or release is recorded and may require manual follow-up.
